This is our second purchase of the same brand. The first broke down within 6 months and the second one broke down within 2 months. Called the seller company; only 30 day warranty; referred us to manufacturer. Called the manufacturer and we have to pay for the shipping and only get a short term warranty (another 30 days). Problems: motor turning/grinding but only producing lukewarm water then it stopped percolating; What a waste of coffee! Just a bad product!Ordered this in April of 2017 have only used it 3 times on the fourth time it leaked out the bottom appears to have a rubber valve broken. Need to replace valve but have no contact to the seller at this point. very disappointedThis product is horrible! Bought for our church. Worked first time after that never worked again... expensive and not worth it! I can't even return it or exchange...ugh so upset!Coffee Maker not working. We had a parent meeting and didn't have coffee to welcome them.Someone please send me a return label.Water began leaking from the bottom after only a couple uses.Great Prices and ServiceGood value, great product.great urn, work good
