Was looking for these cups with a thick bottom & these were exactly that! The glass is nice & not to thin. I wish they came in their own packaging but that’s not an issue for me. One lid did come scratched up (pictured) but I ended up keeping it along with a cup. I overall really like these for my small business.Update as of August 7th:I had ordered the pack of 12 I believe back in the beginning on July and never shipped out. I contacted the seller first since I knew Amazon would probably just refund me but I really wanted the pack of 12. They were really understanding about my cups constantly being delayed & told me to wait until my delivery date. I waited until my delivery date & instead it got delayed again & and rescheduled. I contacted the seller & they were once again understanding, I figured they were out of stock & I wish they would’ve told me that in the beginning instead of giving me the runarounds. I asked them what was the issue since they have the 6pk in stock & clearly have the cups, instead of helping me further, they told me I didn’t pay for them when I clearly did with my Amazon gift card. They basically gave up on me & told me to contact Amazon. Okay I did that & Amazon were the ones to break the news that it was sold out & I basically had the get a refund and reorder something else. I really like Tronco and the quality of the cups, by far my favorite for my small business. Sad to see that they don’t carry the 12pk cups with the plain bamboo lids but instead have the colorful rubber stopper ones. Anyways, I did reorder the 6pk because I still really wanted these cups and ended up receiving 1 broken lid.I love these cups!!What is there not to love about these!These are super cute and fun to drink out. Perfect as is, or to Cricut on. Reason for 4 stars is that some of the cups were less than perfect. One lid had splintering and a glass was sort of crooked. Nothing too noticeable or a deal breaker. I drink all of my drinks out of them!Opened my order to find that one of my cups had a rim that had glass dripped over and was very sharp and made the glass unable to be used. Customer service was quick to reply and instead of sending just one cup, sent a whole order of 6 much to my surprise. It arrived within two days and on a Sunday! Was very happy with that. The cups themselves are very nice and I’ve been using them for crafting with vinyl. I have no complaints. So far - I think they’re every bit as sturdy as Libbey but I haven’t used them terribly long. I do hand wash them so not sure how they’d hold up long term in a dish washer.Seller was super nice, pleasant and easy to work with!! This is my second time ordering these cups and they’re by far my favorite. High quality, sturdy and clean! I look forward to ordering more in the future when it’s time for me to restock again!I have ordered these a few times for my business. The first two times I couldn’t have been more pleased. Each glass came in a separate, sturdy cardboard box and were excellent quality. I didn’t mind paying a little more since that meant I could save on buying shipping materials. When I reordered this last time I received lids with with different color seals, no boxes, and no straws. The glasses themselves were much thinner and the shoulders were scratched on every one from rubbing against the packing box. I had to return them and find a new supplier. The inconsistency in product and quality from one order to the next is unacceptable.
